We are pleased to announce that Beata Walęciuk-Dejneka, Ph.D., a professor at the University from the Institute of Linguistics and Literary Studies, has been appointed by the Chairman of the Commission for the Evaluation of Science, Prof. dr. hab. n. med. and n. o zdr. Philip M. Szymanski as a member of the Evaluation Team for assessing the quality of education at the Doctoral School.

On May 29-30, 2025 at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) in Warsaw, PhD student Rafal Toczko participated in the scientific seminar “Contemporary and Future Challenges for Agricultural Chemistry”.

On May 29, 2025, the 10th jubilee National Scientific Conference in the series “Information security”, under the theme “Protection of Classified Information in Times of War and Peace”, was held at the Central Military Library named after Marshal Józef Piłsudski in Warsaw.

A monograph titled "Information security. Threats, Challenges, Opportunities, and Risks" under the scientific editorship by Dr. Maryla Fałdowska, has been published by the Scientific Publishing House of Siedlce University. The volume includes a chapter titled "Cyberspace as a (un)limited and (a)territorial dimension of information security" authored by Mariusz Matacz, MA – a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of the University of Siedlce in the discipline of security studies.
