On May 10, 2024, doctoral students of the UwS Doctoral School Adam Matyszczak, M.Sc. and Rafal Toczko, M.Sc. participated in a scientific conference at the Institute of Fertilization and Soil Science (IUNG National Research Institute Puławy).
The conference was organized as part of the implementation of task 1.7. entitled. "Microbiological preparations" financed by a targeted grant from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2024. The speeches addressed the use of microbiological preparations in agriculture and environmental protection. Among the invited guests were both representatives of science and those who deal exclusively with business in this industry.
On April 27, 2024, two of our doctoral students in the discipline of biological sciences completed a week-long course “Bialowieza School of Statistics”, conducted by the Bialowieza Geobotanical Station of the University of Warsaw.
Łukasz Domański, M.Sc., a doctoral student at the UwS Doctoral School in the discipline of agriculture and horticulture, took part in the Startups in the Palace project, which was organized on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Andrzej Duda.
Doctoral student in biological sciences Pawel Ciesluk, MA, for the twelfth time, as the main coordinator, participated in the organization of the photo contest entitled "Birds in the Polish autumn-winter landscape".
