During their stay in Sweden at Grimsö Wildlife Research Station, doctoral students from the Institute of Biological Sciences: Ms Oliwia Karpińska and Ms Katarzyna Kamionka-Kanclerska, conducted pilot studies on 8 selected nature reserves: Farmansbo urskog, Halleskogsbrannans, Helgedomen, Gronbo, Getapulien, LappLand, Utterdalen, Järleån.

On 24 September 2021 the National Scientific Conference "European Challenges in Soil Evaluation and Protection" took place, organized by the Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation (IUNG) in Puławy - Department of Soil Science Erosion and Land Conservation, Soil Science Society of Poland - Soil Evaluation and Utilization Committee, Warsaw University of Life Sciences - Department of Soil Science.
