The onet.pl Website has published an interview with a doctoral student from the Doctoral School of Siedlce University of Science and Humanities in the discipline of history, Marta Czerwaniec-Ivasyk, about humanitarian aid for Ukrainian citizens.

Katarzyna Kępka, M.Sc., a doctoral student at the Siedlce University Doctoral School in the discipline of animal science and fisheries, was on a research internship at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin at the Institute of Biological Basis of Animal Production in the period 31.01-28.02.2022.

The aim of the research internship was to broaden the doctoral student's knowledge in the field of molecular genetics and to learn about laboratory techniques not used in the home institution, such as: PCR, sequential PCR and electrophoresis.

On 28 February 2022, a Polish-Kazakh doctoral seminar was held at the Faculty of Humanities of the Siedlce University on the initiative of the Institute of History and the Siedlce University Doctoral School. Three visiting doctoral students from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty presented the concepts of their dissertations, which became the basis for a lively discussion with the Siedlce University doctoral students.
