On Thursday, June 22, 2023, in the Institute of Agriculture and Horticulture at the Faculty of Agrobioengineering and Animal Sciences an interdisciplinary seminar for doctoral students of the Siedlce University Doctoral School was held.

From May 15, 2023 to June 13, 2023, a doctoral student at the Siedlce University Doctoral School in the discipline of agriculture and horticulture completed a month-long internship abroad, taking advantage of the Erasmus+ program.

The scientific journal, Journal of Ornithology, has published an article co-authored by Agnieszka Parapura, a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of the Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities.

The article concerns the breeding success of the shrike Lanius collurio in the agricultural landscape of eastern Poland. The results of the study show the brood survival of incubation period and nestling period in relation to the impact of predation pressure depending on the nest location.
