On July 7-10, the University of Leeds hosted the International Medieval Congress.
Klaudia Czarnocka, MA, a doctoral student at the University of Silesia Doctoral School in the field of history, participated in the Congress. She gave a presentation entitled: Catechesis at the Ducal Court: St. Hedwig (d. 1243), Duchess of Silesia, as a Teacher of Faith to Christians and Heathens.
The Congress at the University of Leeds is a regular event that has been held for many years, bringing together medievalists from around the world and enabling them to establish academic contacts.
