On November 27, 2024, during the meeting of the Senate of the University of Siedlce, the presentation of awards for the best doctoral students of the Doctoral School of the University of Siedlce took place.
By Decision No. 21/2024 of the Director of the Doctoral School of the University of Siedlce, dated June 18, 2024, on “Regulations of awards for the best doctoral students of the Doctoral School of the University of Siedlce”, the rules of the competition were implemented, the main purpose of which is to reward the most scientifically and organizationally active doctoral students of the School.
Appointed by Decision No. 33/2024 of the Director of the Doctoral School of UwS on October 4, 2024. Prize Team for the best doctoral students of the Doctoral School of the University of Siedlce composed of:
1) professor Artur Golawski;
2) dr. hab. Grzegorz Pietrek prof. of the university;
3) dr. hab. Paweł Szmitkowski prof. of the university;
4) Patryk Wójcik, M.Sc., Ph.D. student in the discipline of chemical sciences
on October 31, 2024 reviewed the applications submitted by doctoral students for the award.
In the scientific category within the fields of agricultural sciences, sciences and life sciences, medical sciences and health sciences, applications were submitted by 3 doctoral students (2 - discipline of biological sciences, 1 - discipline of agriculture and horticulture), within the fields of social sciences and humanities, applications were also submitted by 3 doctoral students (2 - discipline of history, 1 - discipline of security sciences).
The winners of the competition were:
- in the scientific category within the fields of: agricultural sciences, sciences and life sciences, medical sciences and health sciences - Przemysław Obłoza, MA - biological sciences.
- in the scientific category within the fields of social sciences and humanities - Alicja Szumowiecka, MA - history.
- in the organizational category - Adriana Dróżdż, MA - security sciences.
